Responsible Metals Recycling and Processing Approach
Our world is filled with a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys, but the most prevalent are iron, copper, stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, and lead. Depending on the application, they are cast and moulded in various shapes and forms. For example, they may appear in copper wires and faucets in your home, radiators in cars, stainless steel pipes of considerable size, aluminium cladding fixtures on façades, or lead brick used for radiation shielding.
Since our establishment as a recycler and a general waste disposal facility (GWDF) operator licensed by the National Environment Agency, we have dealt with a wide range of metal grades, products, old equipment, obsolete machinery, and even factory assembly lines at our recycling center, and have them separated into various waste streams or scrap commodities. To provide a simple summary, the process begins with the arrival of the materials at the facility where they are sorted into scrap metal stream, mixed metal stream, or a multi-material stream. In the subsequent stages, the materials will be cannibalized, sheared, and crushed as necessary, segregated and re-classified before being packaged into bales, briquettes, or bags ready to be shipped to mills and foundries around the world.
Our knowledge of segregation and improved equipment capabilities over the years have allowed us to recycle and process substantial amounts of metals of various grades as well as their various profiles in equipment and machinery on a daily basis.
In our position as a locally established recycling company, we remain dedicated to providing you with no-frills, pragmatic recycling services, along with competitive pricing, regardless of whether you choose to use our services only once a year or once a day. Ultimately, it is our commitment to handle and process any materials received at our yard in a safe, effective, non-hazardous, controlled manner, and keep them away from landfills or incinerators. As a result, we all contribute to the preservation of the environment.
Here is a list of the types of materials that we can recycle and process; however, this list is not exhaustive. Please get in touch with us today to learn more about our recycling services and get started with us!
